The Panel PCs of the HIPEC-PRO-VA-R-6425 series are equipped with a completely IP65 protected stainless steel housing and are therefore particularly suitable for hygienically sensitive applications.

A highlight of the HIPEC-PRO-VA-R-6425 series is the integrated RFID reader. Multi-protocol technology supports almost all RFID standards.
An optional 2D barcode reader module completes the range of functions and makes the HIPEC-PRO-VA-R-6425 series the optimal devices for data acquisition or paperless manufacturing. A multi-purpose shaft in the front allows the installation of individual operating and display elements.

The display diagonals are available in 4:3 format 10″, 12″, 15″, 17″ and 19″ and in 16:9 / 16:10 wide-screen format 15.6″, 18.5″ and 21.5″. All display sizes are available with both a resistive touchscreen or a capacitive glass multi-touch.

The hardware is an Intel® Elkhart Lake x6425e Quad-Core CPU with 8GB DDR4 RAM. The RAM can optionally be extended up to 32GB. The HIPEC-PRO-VA-R-6425 provides the option of installing Windows 11. The power supply is provided by an integrated 100 – 240V AC power supply. Alternatively, the devices can also be operated with 12 – 24V DC. In addition to a wide range of standard interfaces (USB, COM, LAN), the HIPEC-PRO-VA-R-6425 Panel PCs can also be equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or other bus systems or expansion cards.

The development of the HIPEC-PRO-VA-R-6425 series focused specifically on the use in the food and beverage industry and in medical or chemical industries. The completely IP65 closed stainless steel housing protects the electronics reliably and is insensitive to most cleaning and disinfectant. Rounded edges and smooth surfaces allow easy cleaning. The touchscreen is flush-mounted into the front. This prevents the accumulation of dirt and bacteria at the transition from the housing to the display.
