When you purchase a hematec product, you are not only acquiring a first-class product, but also first-class service. Our competent service team of system technicians and software developers is available to assist you with installation, commissioning, and usage, offering advice and support.
Should a defect occur despite careful quality controls and high-quality components, we will help you quickly and unbureaucratically.

Report a support case
After receiving your request, we will check it and then you will immediately receive an RMA number (Return-Material-Authorization) for the return of the goods or a follow-up or replacement delivery for a defective or incorrectly delivered item.
After we have received your return, a detailed inspection will take place. The product will then be repaired or replaced with an exchange product as quickly as possible. The processing takes place within a few working days. After completion of the RMA order, the goods will be returned to you. For devices that are outside the warranty period, we will provide you with a cost estimate for the repair in advance or, if you wish, offer you a new device.
