Subsidized Management Consulting

We are continuously developing our company. In accordance with the Free State of Thuringia’s consulting guidelines, we are therefore utilizing a subsidized management consulting service.

The goal of the consulting engagement is to analyze our business processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop sustainable strategies for the future growth of our company. The results and recommendations for action will be documented in a consulting report and will serve as the basis for further implementation.

Funding is provided by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and the Free State of Thuringia.
